We will be conducting some major network upgrades on our infrastructure in our Denver facility. This will require some network equipment replacement and soft upgrade on some of our equipments.

We will be doing our best to minimize the service disruptions to our network and our customers, please rest assured this will increase the performance of our systems and provide a more stable robust network for your current and future business needs.

This upgrade will ensure all our internal network infrastructure and uplinks are configured with 10GE links able to withstand extreme bandwidth requirements and rapid upgrades.

We will also take advantage of this time to upgrade our Cloud infrastructure in our Denver facility introducing another storage array to increase the storage I/O performance.

The changes will require the upgrade done on two stages, one upgrading our switching infrastructure, and another upgrading our internal routers.

Tuesday 07/24/2012 3PM MST: Upgrading our switching infrastructure. We do not expect a downtime of more than 10 minutes per switching segment while we re-route cables.

Wednesday 07/25/2012 3PM MST: Upgrading our Internal routing infrastructure, we will be replacing the chassis of our internal routers. We estimate a downtime of about an hour/two hours of our entire network in Denver.

2、 美国山区时间 周三 07/25/2012 15点开始（北京时间 7月26日凌晨1点），升级内网路由，我们会更换我们的底层路由，我们估计整个丹佛机房会有1-2小时的中断。

As of today, July 24, we have successfully completed our 10Gbit fiber cut-over on all of our switches.  This was a difficult process which involved reconfiguring many network settings, resulting in slightly more downtime than originally expected.  However, the switchover has been completed and we expect no more difficulties at this time.

As a reminder, our Denver network maintenance will be continuing tomorrow, July 25, as we upgrade our Core routing infrastructure to accommodate not only more traffic, but better overall DDoS mitigation in the future.  We anticipate this upgrade should result in less than one hour of downtime at 3pm MST.

We do sincerely apologize for the inconveniences these downtimes cause, but they are necessary for us to deliver the fastest, most reliable, and best protected network we can possibly provide at the low costs you expect.  And as always, any questions or concerns you may have can be quickly resolved by opening a Help Desk ticket.
