FDCservers网络升级维护通知
FDC将于美国中央时间3月6日21时开始到3月7日早6时，对他们的网络进行升级，期间路由将Comcast通过改道传输。部分服务器会收到短时影响，希望大家周知。详细通知如下：
We will be completing the transport upgrade between CBOT and Equinix in Chicago on Friday between 9pm and 6am CST. All traffic will be re-routed through Comcast for the duration of the maintenance.
We expect NO downtime during this maintenance
