SSL和独立IP更换IP后帐号迟迟不生效的解决方法
自从接触Godaddy至今，发现的更换IP导致帐号不生效或者迟迟分配不到新的独立IP的案例数不胜数。帮助客户处理的次数也是记不过来了。由于Godaddy系统的特殊性，通过更换系统来更换共享IP或者(SSL的独立IP)，以及通过Add--Remove的方法来更换纯独立IP，有一定的几率带来更换慢或者分配不到IP的情况。
针对类似情况，每次我们都是跟Godaddy发Email沟通来解决。一般发来Email以后，确实会很快的解决问题，只有极个别时候会被转移到高级问题小组(Advanced Problem Team) ，为此我们专门做了这么一个教程，来帮助大家让主机快速生效，好早点使用。
千万注意：
更换IP前一定要备份数据，更换IP的时候多数是更换服务器的，服务器中的Web文件和内容会被转移，所以一定要尽量备份。数据库不用备份，都是保留的。Windows转移成Linux里边一定不要有MSSQL数据库，不然麻烦很大。

1、最直接的方法，就是一个电话打过去，当然我们的口语多数不好，会口语的可以直接联系Godaddy，联系方法

共享主机参考以上三种方法，都大同小异，不再累述。得到回复一般都是机械化的，比如我们已经收到了，请等待24小时之类，或者转移到高级问题小组等等。
一般会在很快的时间内生效的，如果还是不生效，同样的方式再发一次！
