All of our servers include up to 3 IP addresses with the account. You are allocated one when the account is activated and 2 more can be requested. To request additional IP's:
Log into your customer account:
1) Click on the My Account link.
2) Log in to your account.
3) In the My Products area, select the 'Servers' link.
4) Click 'Launch Manager' next to the Server account that you would like to manage. It will open up in a new window.
5) Click 'Request Additional IP' and allow the system several minutes for the IP to be allocated.
*If you use Plesk, the new IP will need to be reread from the Plesk Control Panel under Server > IP Addresses.
*Without Plesk, you will need to add your IP's to your server's pool through the applicable means before it will work.
Additional IP addresses past the first three will cost $2.99/mo . Before we can allocate additional IP addresses to your server, we will need the following information:
1. How many additional IP addresses you would like us to allocate to your server (up to 3 at a time).
2. The reason that you need additional IP addresses
3. The host name for your server.
4. The last 4 digits of the payment method on file that you would like use
We do not have a limit however the IP addresses must be used for ARIN (American Registry for Internet Numbers) approved reasons.
