Godaddy主机无法使用采集程序的问题

I am running the following code and I get an error:
set Http=server.createobject("MSXML2.XMLHTTP")
Http.open "GET",url,false
Http.send()
The error is:
msxml3.dll error '800c0005'
The system cannot locate the resource specified.
It points to the "Http.send()" statement.
This code runs perfectly on my own server but not on my GoDaddy.
Maybe this error is caused by the server's firewall.
Can you help me?

这个邮件的大体意思就是说，不支持采集的话应该是我们的某个代码有问题。请大家参考一下你采集功能的函数，再查询一下其他原因。
另外，Linux主机的采集功能可以考虑一下通过PHP.ini或者.Htaccess文件来开启。 Linux的主机支持多数采集，Windows的采集有很多客户反映有问题！
